At AlaaiHost, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our hosting plans and domain registration services.

2. Hosting Plan Refunds — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All hosting plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with your hosting plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.

To request a hosting refund:

• Contact us at info@alaaihost.com within 7 days of purchase
• Include your account email and order details
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

3. Domain Registration — Non-Refundable

Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been provisioned with the registrar. This is because domain registrations involve third-party registry fees that are incurred immediately upon registration.

Exceptions may be considered if the domain registration failed due to an error on our part, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Renewal Refunds

Hosting plan renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee. However, if you experience significant service issues during a renewal period, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate credit.

5. Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan, the remaining balance from your current plan is prorated and applied to the new plan. Upgrades are immediate and non-refundable. You may downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle.

6. GST on Refunds

Refunds include the GST amount that was charged at the time of purchase. The full amount (base price + GST) will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@alaaihost.com with:

• Your account email address
• Order ID or invoice number
• Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and all hosted services.
