Terms of Service — AlaaiHost

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AlaaiHost platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. AlaaiHost is operated by AlaaiHost Technologies, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of India.

2. Description of Service

AlaaiHost provides web hosting, domain registration, and related digital services. We offer shared hosting plans, domain name registration across multiple TLDs, DNS management, SSL certificates, and AI-powered support tools. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the Service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payment and Billing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes including 18% GST unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans are billed for the full year upfront.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to host, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You must not use the Service for sending spam, distributing malware, conducting phishing attacks, or any activity that violates Indian or international law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

6. Service Level Agreement

We target 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. In the event of scheduled maintenance, we will provide advance notice via email. While we strive for maximum availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Data and Backups

While we provide automated backup facilities based on your plan tier, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data hosted on our platform. We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, software bugs, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

8. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective domain registries and ICANN policies. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been provisioned. You are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS information and renewing your domain before expiry.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AlaaiHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12-month period preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
